Bay View Villas – Wellness & Spa Resort is situated closely to the most famous resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach, which is a wide semi-circular bay that is 8 kilometres long with fine golden sand recently given a Blue Flag Award. The holiday resort will be the most beautiful and unique one of whole Bulgaria and is conceived for up to 800 inhabitants. It is located in the Almond Forest Mountain, close to the Black Sea, only 2 kilometres away from the beach. This area is famous for its unique fresh air called “the filter”, because it is situated directly in front of one of the biggest forests of Bulgaria.

The area

Local ecological standards are strictly forcing restriction, limiting the height of building in order to prevent this natural resource from deviance and extinction. Not more than 10 meters high buildings are permitted to be built. According to that fact the residential area will be constructed with two, three and four family villas. From the resort it is only 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk to the sea. The phantasmagoric area is only 17 kilometres close to the Burgas airport and 35 kilometres away from the city centre of Burgas – the biggest city on the southern seaside. The historic town of Nessebar is only a few kilometres away, and the resorts of Sveti Vlas and Pomorie are nearby. Bay View Villas – Wellness & Spa Resort is situated closely to the charming village, named Kosharitza.

The accessibility

From and to the Airport of Burgas as well as to Sunny Beach and Nessebar a shuttle Service with air conditioned luxury minibuses will be arranged so that everything can be reached easily and comfortably. For the guests, and owners who does not require that service and who want to use their own cars there is enough watched parking-space all over the year. A bike rental that is situated inside the resort will satisfy those who prefer a more active way of visiting the beautiful places of that area. Villas

Bay View Villas – Wellness & Spa Resort consists of a private luxury houses complex in the stunning area of the hill, which is the highest point of that area and provides an incredible landscape showing the whole Sunny Beach and Nessebar, viewable from all apartments.

There are 2-4 apartments in each different type of villa – in total 135 ones for the whole resort. All houses are surrounded by their own gardens with automatic sprinkler systems. The gardens are separated for every apartment by decorative plants. The apartments will be furnished and there is an option for private swimming pools.

The architectural design

The architectural design is geared to the typical Bulgarian architecture which builds a harmonic and organic unity with the surrounding area. Natural Stones and lots of wood, used for the exterior design impart a healthy and natural atmosphere, which invites to relax. Even the common buildings like Pool and Sport Café and the Spa and Wellness Center use to be built with lots of wood and glas to make guests feel homely and comfortably.

The Activities

There is a wide variety of activities on the beach including beach volleyball, bungee jumping, windsurfing, water skiing, para-sailing, motor launch cruises etc. From a new built aqua park to bicycle hire, mini golf or even a riding school you can find everything, the ambitious vacationist can imagine. There are overall about 100 hotels and 130 catering establishments in Sunny Beach.

The creators of this incredible village provide an additional luxury in that atmosphere offering three new yachts, Bavaria Motor Yachts 25 Sport, 32 Sport DC and 35 HT for riding and see cruising in the Black see. The residents can rent the yachts on their own or as well with a skipper on board.
