HARMONY

“Oasis” is a recreational village which was built in harmony with nature. Only natural materials were used for the whole construction in order to protect the nature and the eco-balance. 70% of the area of the village consists of alleys, playgrounds, public zones with much greenery and beautiful gardens with many flowers and plants. “Oasis” will be car free. Driving along the alleys will be done in electricity-powered cars.

HOUSES

The complete area of “Oasis” village that has been built-up amounts to over 30 000 sq.m. The residential zone offers a great choice of over 200 apartments that vary in size between 60 sq.m. and 250 sq.m. They are handed over completely finished. On the ground level, +/- 0,00, there is a backyard with a barbeque for each apartment.

All owners and guests of the complex will have a large underground parking area at their disposal.

The area is protected throughout the year by security guards and security cameras. Only apartment owners and their guests will be allowed inside the complex.

SERVICES

“Oasis” resort and spa has a modern and luxurious service centre at its disposal which completely conforms to the owners’ and guests’ comfort expectations. The owners’ luggage will be brought to their homes by bell-boys. Cleaning and room service will be provided on a daily basis to fulfill the cleanliness and comfort requirements. A dry cleaning spot has been planned where the clothes will be picked up and brought to the residences. A five-star restaurant, many bars and cafeterias will be at disposal. The resort will have a gym, a spa, a covered and outdoor swimming pool, a hair salon, a pastry shop, tennis courts and much more.

ENTERTAINMENT

The wide and long beach of “Oasis” resort and spa is located between the crystal clear waters of the bay and the picturesque rocks of Strandja Mountains. The beach will be at the owners’ and guests’ exclusive disposal. There, they will be able to relax in luxurious chaise longs, to get refreshments in the nearest beach bar or to be entertained in the big aqua-park.

Only elite teachers will teach at the surf and water ski schools. Diving, mountain biking and hunting activities have been planned for adventure seekers. For those who wish to go for an exotic spree various shopping trips to the cosmopolitan city of Istanbul will be offered.

The entertainment area is located in the front part of the village and on the beach, so the owners are not disturbed in any way.

CARE

“Oasis” resort and spa represents a landmark in real estate offers. The complex area was designed and built with the undisturbed residing of all apartment owners in mind, away from city stress and noise and with all comforts provided. A kindergarten for the children has been planned and they could stay there for a certain amount of hours or for the whole day. Experienced instructors and life guards will take care of them around the swimming pools, the gyms, and classes will be provided for swimming, water skiing and surfing activities. The luxurious spa, with modern equipment, is guaranteed to provide rest to anyone. The complex and its staff will care for the residents’ health and wellness by offering a wide range of relaxing procedures.

EXECUTION

All the apartments in Oasis resort and spa, have luxurious finishing, using only the highest quality materials guarantying the future owner a pleasant and safe holiday. Floorages range from 60 to 260 sq.m., situated on one or two floors, with panoramic terraces and fireplaces. A wide variety of layouts is offered.

All units are fully finished and ready to be furnished. The floors have imported Spanish granite stone. All walls are fully sound and thermo insulated, the walls are also painted. All electric wiring is ready to use. Interior doors are high quality MDF. Decorative wood shading is mounted over all terraces. Only the highest quality window frames are use to ensure total sound and water insulation.

The baths are done with Italian materials, sanitary faience is ROCA. The heating during the winter season is done by air conditioners and convector radiators. High speed internet is delivered via optical cable. A WiFi network will be constructed for the owners’ convenience. A security and fire network is in place.
