The Apartment Complex "KOSARA RESIDENCE" is located in Kosherinata Region, at the foot of the Pirin Mountain. The investor’s intentions are the completion of the site and commencing for the winter season of 2007 - 2008.

The building has the shape of an opened book. The architecture conforms to the traditional old-time style of the town of Bansko.The external and internal walls are of bricks. The project envisages heat-insulation and noise-insulation of the facades. The yard is with rich planting, resting recesses, places for barbeque, children playgrounds and water mirror with ornamental fountain. Each apartment has installations providing full communication access and cable television. The flats are completed with the most modern equipment. The kitchen premises are opened type with a bar-plot, including kitchen cupboards, cooker, refrigerator, sink and grill.
