The luxury holiday complex Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence is being built in the picturesque area of Gramadeto, at the foot of the northern slopes of Pirin Mountain and a few hundred metres from the centre of Bansko. The distance to the first ski-lift station is about 600 m. At less than 3 êm from Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence is the Pirin Golf Course, which has already been built.

The Residence consists of four residential buildings and a hotel with a unique sports and recreation centre, shops and entertainment facilities. Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence has a lush garden with a total area of 5,000 m², featuring an open-air swimming pool, solar terraces, beautifully arranged green areas with rare mountainous plants typical of Pirin Nature Reserve, às well as a specially designed artificial river running across the whole area.

The holiday complex has been designed to meet the highest of national and European (EU) standards for all-year-round holiday site and the category of its facilities correspond to a five-star standard.

The sports and recreation centre in the hotel building of Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence offers all the necessary services and equipment to provide highly efficient sports and recreation programmes. It includes:

Apartments

Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence offers different variations of the basic types of apartments: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most apartments have balconies with incomparable views over the Rhodoppe Mountains and Bansko or Rila and Pirin Mountains. Each apartment is designed with a ski-wardrobe. The one- and two-bedroom apartments have an open fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room.

All the apartments in the holiday complex are received by the owners fully completed and furnished with high quality materials and stylish and functional furniture.

The finishing work includes window framing with noise and thermal insulation qualities. The kitchenettes are convenient and equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, easy to use. The owners of the apartments have a choice between two styles of furnishing – modern or classical, according to their preferences. Each apartment has cable television and internet installed. The heating is central with a separate counter meter for each apartment.

Maintenance and Property Management

Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence features facilities, which make it not only a ski resort place, but an all-year-round holiday residential complex. During the summer months, the complex can offer luxury to its owners and their guests, facilities to golfers, as well as hospitality to businessmen who could make use of its convention room, alongside its recreational facilities, which make it a perfect place for holding conferences and business meetings. In this way, guests enjoy quality relaxation, while owners benefit high rental returns.

For the convenience of the owners, Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence has a centralized management, which includes maintenance and letting out for rent. The maintenance is paid for according to the type of the apartment:

For a studio– 400 euro per year;
For one-bedroom apartment-600 euro per year;
For two-bedroom apartment-800 euro per year.

The maintenance charge allows the apartment owners a free use of the fitness centre, the swimming pools and sauna, the steam and Russian baths, as well as the Shuttle to the ski-lift.
